A game that is a force for good

Rugby in Illinois and across the US is fragmented, and our aim is to create clear pathways for athletes interested in rugby.

We believe that rugby, and sport in general should be a force for good and that youth sport in the US is driving us further away from what sport should do, and focusing more on individual successes and commercial opportunities.

The game teaches teamwork, accountability, communication, resilience, leadership, and respect not as ideals, but as requirements for success. Players learn to support one another, overcome setbacks, take responsibility for their actions, and contribute to something larger than themselves.

These are not simply rugby lessons. They are life lessons. They help prepare young people for success in education, business, relationships, and life.
