Beyond your local club, Fortivus opens the pathway wider: a statewide Academy, an elite Midwest select side, and clear routes into college rugby, senior rugby, and life beyond the game.
The lessons learned through rugby do not stop when a season ends. The confidence, friendships, leadership skills, resilience, and relationships built through the game can create opportunities that last a lifetime. That is why Fortivus is committed to building meaningful pathways for every player.
Not every player will follow the same journey. Some will continue into college rugby. Some will play senior rugby. Some will support the game in different ways through coaching or refereeing.
But beyond rugby, almost all will be some form of business leaders, mentor, or community member. The destination may be different for every individual, but the opportunity to continue growing should always remain.
Whatever path a player chooses, our commitment remains the same:
